"The hotel’s location is lovely and very well situated. However, the property would benefit from some updates and attention to detail. In particular, the carpets appear dated and could be refreshed or replaced with alternative flooring. "The hotel was amazing in terms of location, beach, swimming pools and the dining options. The only reason I would rate it low was due to facilities, such as they did not have iron and when asked it was against their policy to provided an iron. Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed. "

"One of our favourite hotel stays in recent years. Great location, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant were both very good as well.
They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. Amazing! Other hotels could learn from this. We will definitely be going back. "
