"The staff was very nice. We were there for four day. It was in a good location for walking to the beach into the stores. Only issue was air-conditioned. Did not work properly. Got hot in the evenings in the room. Staff did what they could to get it fixed unfortunately we left for our next island before it did get fixed."

"The resort looks 5 star but they’re not there with the customer service. It took my husband an hour to checkout early because their system took 20 minutes to update every time they updated any info. Even with half board (breakfast & dinner) all of the interesting meals have an up charge & you don’t even get water for free with dinner. To use the sauna is a fee, there are so many up charges.
