"Arrived at around 9:45pm and struggled to gain entry but eventually a grumpy member of staff answered the bell and immediately told me I was too late and check in closed at 8:30pm. "In spite of the hotel undergoing refurbishment, I was not inconvenienced and it was spotless and warm. The panoramic view of the River Elbe from the 6th floor restaurant at the ample hot/freshly cooked/cold buffet breakfast is an unbeatable start to the day. The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is a quick 10minute taxi ride from the station."

"Moin Moin 😊 Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Mir wurde im Hotel alles gezeigt (Zimmer, Frühstücksraum,Kaffeemaschine....) .Zimmer ist der Hammer. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Farbauswahl. Genau mein Ding. Alles sehr sauber und Neu Das Zimmer ist sehr groß mit einem großem Bad. Von mir gibt's 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Wir hatten App 01. Dieses Appartment liegt direkt am Bürgersteig und an einer befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die Deckbetten und das Kopfkissen sind nicht gut, sondern zu warm (trotz der kühlen Temperaturen 13° C). Ansonsten war alles perfekt, sogar ein Haarföhn war da. Es wäre schön wenn die anderen Appartments keine Personenbeschränkung zum Beispiel ab 3 Personen hätten. "
