"Sehr tollen Aufenthalt gehabt auch wenn nur für eine Nacht. Auf eine späte Check-in und Out Anfrage kam man mir sehr freundlich entgegen und wurde auch gestattet. Hatte somit eine erholsame Nacht und ein schönes Frühstück mit Aussicht. Lieben Dank! 💗"

Also the prices of food in the restaurants is very reasonable, 40-65eur for 2 people you fill your tummies :)"

All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. "I fully recommend this place eyes closed, 1000%. The service I just can’t describe it. Whenever we needed something we got it right away. The staff were incredibly polite, attentive, welcoming. This place is very peaceful. 15 mins away driving from rethymno so if you want to be closer to everything ( restaurants, old town, etc then this place wont be your best choice. Regardless, is worth going. You can make reservations to eat at Kapsaliana hotel."

Food was amazing both at breakfast and dinner with lots of choice for both meat eaters and vegetarians something different everyday. Mehrere Pools, in verschiedenen Größen und auch verschiedene Tiefen damit auch für jedes Kind etwas dabei ist, 1 Minute zu Fuß vom herrlichen Sandstrand der zum Resort dazu gehört, umfangreiches Buffet, sowohl beim Frühstück wie auch bei den anderen Mahlzeiten, unglaublich großartiges Services, sehr freundlich, 100% Weiterempfehlung! "Eigentlich alles perfekt - bis auf das Essen. Bin wirklich nicht verwöhnt, aber sowohl Fisch als auch Fleischgerichte waren IMMER nicht genießbar: zu Tode gegrillt oder gebraten. Kein Saft, kein Geschmack, hart & zäh. Ferner war das Live Cooking im Restaurant aufgrund einer fehlenden leistungsstarken Abzugsanlagen eine Räucherei der Gäste.
