"I loved the ocean view from my room and the sound of the waves. I was extremely busy during my trip and wished I had had more time to relax on the room's porch. Island Beach vibe. Room could use a few minor updates but I was happy with it. The two things I wished for was- 1. A gate on the spiral staircase leading directly up my room's terrace from the main floor (Other guests walked up out of curiosity a few times and it was a bit uncomfortable) Perhaps a rope at the bottom of the stairs...

He came in on a late flight and decided to get something to eat before checking in. upon arrival, he was told there was no reservation in the system for him, despite him showing his confirmation number and despite me also speaking to the front desk agent and providing the confirmation.
