"The most heavenly hotel, a real treat! Delightful, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a very quiet location. We had breakfast included in our stay which was definitely worth it, the masala dosa were a firm favourite! The pool is lovely and the hotel has transport to take you to the beach, towels are provided for both so don’t worry about bringing your own."

"The pool is by far the best I visited. The upper pool is large. Perfect Temp has easy steps and no children. The lower pool is for kids but it is far enough away you can't hear them. The beach is private, clean large and unobstructed views. Staff at noth the pool and beach provide towels and will serve refreshments."

"We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. "We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. "Property rooms are just ok in size but beds are small for 2 adults. House cleaning staff came very late for cleaning and didn't change the bedsheet. In night they opened karoke in dining area and it was all too noisy which created headache as 3-4 persons were trying to sing in horrible sound and rhythm. "The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. The beech is approx 1 mile and walked to it most days. Good selection of restaurants on the beechfront and along the way, plus shops, wine/beer and pharmacies....

"I booked this Guest House for my daughter and her friend for three nights based on the positive reviews from the Hotels.com app and a couple of other sites.  Which I don't think are now genuine.    Unfortunately - this is one of the worst experiences we have endured.  The room was disgusting to say the least. It was dirty, dead insects, soiled bed linen and pillows, a used condom too!    When the girls asked for the room to be changed or the items to be replaced but the management or staff...
