"We were very disappointed with many things... firstly the hotel needs to work on its maintenance part. The bathroom showers were broken n tap nozzles were too tight n clogged pores... could not take shower the first day. Then we complained they repaired it. The staff was sooo undertrained and raw.. And i feel they should atleast be aware of the hotel little basic know how... whm we were asking the staff about the property.. they gave us a blank look.. seemed very clueless The lady staff...

"We arrived to the hotel at 6am and the manager Akhil let us have a beautiful room until ours was ready. So we were able to rest so very comfortably. The room we booked was so clean and organized, and the location is so perfect, right on the beach. The breakfast was also great! "Had a wonderful 1 night stay in gokulam grand in kovalam. Staff were very kind and welcoming. Service was fantastic. Our room was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that the activity room could be maintained better. Only the table tennis, foosball and pool table were somewhat usable. The tv didn't work, no proper board games and AC didnt work either. "

"Die Liegenschaft hat ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Habe für 1 Nacht / 1 Person / 1 Zimmer Sfr. 10.- bezahlt. Es ist nahe gelegen am berühmten Lighthouse Beach. Jedoch ziemlich weit weg vom Flughafen Trivandrum. (ca. 30 Minuten.) Etwas Nachteilig waren die Hundegebelle in der Nachbarschaft welche man in der Nacht hörte. Würde sofort wieder dort übernachten."

"Location is really great. We had friends trip. It was more relaxing as there’s nothing much around to do. We had family suite, which was great. Breakfast was Ok. Could have added more variety. But otherwise resort is great, huge property, right on the beach.Rooms were very clean, had all needed aminities. All the restaurants on the property had delicious food. We loved our stay."

"Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads...

"Hotel located a little bit outside Kovvalam Beach but reachable in 10 minutes by tuk tuk, located on a very romantic beach. The place is really relaxing and quiet, the staff extremely kind. Elena"

"This property sits back from the beach about 100m, making it quiet and peaceful, with many birds singing in the morning. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. This is a great stay for a budget hotel. Kovalum Beach is really scenic as well."
