"Clean rooms and hall (indoor pool bit stuffy). Good choice of restaurants and cafe inside the hotel. Some reception staff need to be more customer friendly and should be more willing to help."

"Check in was easy, gentleman was kind. There looked to be workers sleeping on the couches which was surprising. I was happy to have a beach view from my window. That was a plus. However, in room 319 the left window would not stay open. The windows were dirty. Room was small and outdated. The room looked like it has never been dusted. Build up on windows, toilet paper holder, headboards. Hair in tub and on toilet. Bed was hard. On the plus side, GREAT location. I did enjoy the rocking chairs. "

"I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn three times and I love this hotel. The room is upgraded and the staff is amazing. If you need anything and have to call the front desk they are kind and send someone immediately. The hotel is clean and kept well. This is where I’ll continue to stay whenever I go to OC."
