Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino

"We stayed at Bally’s Atlantic City this weekend while attending a dance competition, and unfortunately it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences our family has ever had. The condition of our room was unacceptable. Upon entering, we were immediately met with a strong musty, damp odor that lingered throughout our stay. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, surfaces appeared grimy, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The bedding, sheets, and comforters did not feel fresh, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. What was especially frustrating is that families were traveling from all over to attend a large youth dance event, and many of us were expecting a clean and comfortable place to stay after long competition days. Instead, we found ourselves questioning the cleanliness of the room and feeling disappointed that the accommodations were in such poor condition. We understand that hotels can be busy, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should never be compromised. Bally’s has a prime location and so much potential, but our experience fell far below what we expected. We left feeling that the room was not worth what we paid and would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made."

"I will never stay there again. There was an issue with my room they didn’t have another room like the one I booked so I had to upgrade. They told me it was renovated and it looked so outdated. Couldn’t use the stairs well and my room was on the 35 floor and I had to get stuck waited almost 45 minutes for an elevator sometimes longer. My tv didn’t work. I asked for my room to be cleaned when I left Saturday morning 930am came back at 430pm to a dirty room no towels when they took my towels. I had to go downstairs and complain to get a $50 room credit. 2hrs went by and still no towels brought up to shower and get ready for my girlfriend bday reservation dinner I had to walk the hallway to find towels. When I checked out today I asked if I could still use my room credit after checkout and they said yes. I went to one of the restaurants and when I went to pay I was told they took my credit away after I spoke to the front desk and was told I could still used it. I tried to speak to a manager and the front desk would not get me a manager to speak to. Everyone in the hotel that was leaving in the morning spoke about similar issues one couple even walked the staircase from the 37 floor down to the main floor with their luggage. Overall poor service, poor amenities what i experienced no one should go through"

"Only there for one night so nothing much to say. Front desk staff at check in and out were very friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable. Ate at the Grill restaurant. Delicious. Excellent service. Usually stay there overnight when going to a show."

"I loved the fact that it was a new hotel and near everything that I needed to be near . They have parking but also right across from resorts , where there is secure , covered parking . The staff was great and helpful. Coffee, tea and breakfast treats to start your day !"

"Time went to fast!! The room was clean & quite on the 10th floor. Side Ocean boardwalk view. The weather was breezy & chilly not the hotels fault. "

"Our room had stains on the mirror the first night but when housekeeping came the second time it was cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken so it got steamy fast. Overall it was okay."
