"I arrived at location around 3:30 pm of the reservation date and I found by staff that it was rented to somebody else. No answers by phone of the owner. It was terrible! "This stay completely ruined our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything was disorganized. The parking was locked, there were no signs or staff, and reception was empty. We found a staff member in the restaurant after ~20 minutes. Check-in took about 30 minutes, and only at the end we were told it starts at 3:00 PM (it was 2:30 PM).
