"The front desk agent was very friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of the property was excellent throughout our stay. The restaurant staff could benefit from closer supervision. The restaurant was often empty, which initially made us think the food might not be very good. However, we later realized that the issue was not the food, but rather the staff’s lack of motivation and engagement. On our last evening, we decided to have dinner at the restaurant because we did not feel like going out....

"Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath....
