"Very disappointed in our stay at Eliseo Palace. We had booked 2 Luxury Rooms, which are described as having a balcony on the hotel’s website. The rooms are supposed to be larger and more spacious, again as described on the hotel’s website. Neither room had a balcony. In fact, our room had a queen bed and a twin bed. When I spoke to the woman that checked us in, she told me that not all luxury rooms have a balcony. I showed her the hotel description of a luxury room on the hotel’s website...

Das Zimmer war geräumig, die Terrasse mit dem Jaccuzi mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und den allabendlichen Sonnenuntergang gelegen.
