"So stayed here while at a conference and the check in was ok, room ok and food (when you finally got it, 45 mins - 1 hour later) also ok.
The service was out of the world appalling! On 3 different occasions I asked for a cup, glass and cutlery and was told to go pick it up myself in the bar! There were always 4-5 staff just standing."
