Sheraton Kauai Resort
We stayed in a King room with an ocean view. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a problem at check in that they attempted to downgrade us to a queen room and was not going to honor the deal I booked on Hotels.com until I provided documentation of the deal and insisted on the King room I had booked. ...

Sheraton Kauai Resort Villas
My main complaint was that many ice machines were out of order. Also we were hoping to stream a sports event on Apples TV but the choices for “Internet TV” was minimal. I would have expected more options at a resort like this. Otherwise a very nice stay.
