"Everything at this hotel was amazing. If you’re booking one of the A La Carte restaurants, the Waterfall restaurant (Mongolian) is a good pick. The staff were amazing especially M Hamdi who works in the buffet and also Mohammed, they made me and my family feel very welcome. The food at the buffet was great all around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only thing that would make this hotel even better is if it had a smart TV in the rooms in order to watch Netflix , YouTube etc. This is definitely...

"Hotel was really good. We stayed at the royal savoy which is more private and more adult friendly than the normal savoy which allowed kids. We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate. Highly recommend it!"

"The property is beautiful and it’s located in a prime location. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant has some great options. The only downside was the mattress was very firm and not comfortable to sleep in. The wifi was not working anywhere except near the building for reception. The hotel is close to the Basata Cafe - a must go to place."
