"I arrived at mid night, paid for posh club, but I don’t really think it was worth it When I arrived and tried to sleep, I checked the sheets they were dirty, I immediately contacted room service, it was pretty late so I asked if they could come first thing in the morning, I had to wait until 10 am next day and look for room service myself I also asked for the room to be cleaned up as the floor had sand, during my whole stay it was the same and it was very uncomfortable to walk like...

"Hotel was really good. We stayed at the royal savoy which is more private and more adult friendly than the normal savoy which allowed kids. We had a lovely service from the staff, breakfast was quite good and the quality of the food and beverages was really good including the free wine and beer included in our rate. Highly recommend it!"

"The property is beautiful and it’s located in a prime location. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant has some great options. The only downside was the mattress was very firm and not comfortable to sleep in. The wifi was not working anywhere except near the building for reception. The hotel is close to the Basata Cafe - a must go to place."

This is now causing much itching and distress to myself. I could not eat the food, it was inedible. To be fair the staff were pleasant enough though.
