"Rooms were very clean , but now need updating to a walk in shower. Breakfast was chaos! The 2 coffee machines constantly broke down during breakfast hours. Coffee was served to your table with milk but if you wanted tea you had to fill your teapot at the coffee machine which took ages , queues forming and then had to ask for cold milk from staff ! "We had a fantastic stay at Lago Resort Menorca Villas & Bungalows with my fiancée and our two children (aged two years and ten months). Villa number four was perfect for our family spacious, well-maintained, and in an excellent location. Our two-year-old absolutely loved the outdoor space, especially seeing the chickens each day and playing at the small park. "Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place. The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!"

"This place is TOP TIER! A genuine oasis on the most beautiful Island. There’s a little market literally just 3 minutes walk down the way. Me and my wife spend a good chunk of time just sitting on the balcony, over looking the beautiful sea, drinking wine, gin, and relaxing Dinners were wonderful, and breakfast was perfect. I do wish they’d run breakfast until 11, just because it’s easy to sleep in to the sound of the sea. Over all, 10 outta 10 would recommend"

"De kamers waren goed schoon, ontbijt was goed genoeg (wij houden van vers gebakken eieren, dat was er niet) het zwembad was te warm.... Het was 30 plus graden dus misschien niet aan te koelen? Verder prima hotel, lekker dicht bij haven en centrum. Een auto huren is wel een aanrader om bij de stranden te komen."
