"This is a beautiful property that needs TLC not luxury but the basic for staying, they are taking care of it as the manager told us and we can see it. Very friendly staff! The beach is not too far away walking distance! The breakfast is included!"

I had a clean room, restaurants and beach nearby within walking distance, and several local shops to grab a quick bite. If you are traveling to Sosua using CaribeTours, I would recommend trying to get there before dark, I had a bit of trouble getting a taxi from the bus station to the hotel. "This is one of the best values in Sosua. The rooms are always clean. Plenty of Hot water and good water pressure. Very nice pool and a great bar. I actually left the resort next to the Seabreeze because the resort is awful. This place is great!!"
