"We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn't come at all. one of the days we told them we didn't need it. We had to go and get coffee bags twice and they are very stingy with them, give you 2. One night we came back to our room and lock was changed, had to go to office for new code. Bed was comfortable I will say. Also temperature in room never changed even when you put the heat up. It was a cold rainy weekend, Brrr."

"Everything was really good! The staff were super nice and helpful. The room and lobby was very nice and clean. The only things was the mini fridge was really small, I want to say half the size of a regular mini fridge. We were on the first floor, I am not sure if the fridge sizes changes depending on the room. Also the hotel is right off a highway. You do not hear any traffic at night or anything, but to leave the parking lot you have to merge onto a highway right away. The highway was always packed so depending where we were going sometimes it was hard to merge onto and then over two lanes. Other than these two things we really enjoyed our stay, everything was nice and the staff was lovely!"

"The room was clean and decently appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was available albeit slightly tight for larger vehicles."

"It’s a great family hotel to stay at if you have young kids. My daughter enjoyed the waterpark and arcade a lot!"

"Room was clean, staff was nice, pool absolutely disgusting. This hotel is a homeless shelter and should not be on here. The people in there walk around completely soaked in the hallways men sitting with legs open in pool area kids spitting all in the pool. My kids could not swim in that, they were so upset. But this is a yucky yucky homeless shelter I do not recommend. "

"It was fine for the price. Nothing special. Bed was not super comfy. Bathroom tiles were broken. Overall fine but nothing special"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of America’s Historial hotels. Room was in the small side but that goes with the history. We had dinner in the restaurant which was gorgeous and very reasonable and the breakfast (not included) was fab."
