"Staff didn't seem to know what was going on. Really loud doof music during breakfast lunch and dinner. Not a relaxing resort. Food very average but breakfast good. Rooms need updating. Otherwise beds comfy and location excellent!"

"This hotel was named “budget” and the price was very cheap. Our room could have used some maintenance, but the bed was very comfortable. We couldn’t get the TV to turn on and we told the gentleman at the front desk and he had it working when we returned from dinner (2 for 1 meal’s on a Sunday night right next door!)."

"We had a lovely stay! The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were even kind enough to help us change rooms when the one we initially received was a little far away and the view wasn’t quite what we expected. We really appreciated their understanding and assistance. Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay here again!"

"Friendly greeting upon arrival. Laundry done in the guest laundry - washing free, drying $3. Dinner in the restaurant which was good and filled us after a long trip. A few beers to wash it down. Our second stay and would recommend to others staying in Coffs Harbour - King size bed a bonus."
