"As I walked in maybe 9 or more staff members were at the front checkin area talking between themselves . I walked in maybe q0 to q5 seconds after I had to ask in a loud voice where is check in and all of a sudden all 9 or 12 of them sprung into action. Taj come on more kids u hire more idle talk will happen. Parts of my room were dusty the fridge/ freezer for my insulin and ice pack did not work for my travel ahead. Breakfast was small and similar each day service was good. Electrical outlets...

"Was denied access to the restaurant one night as they said it was buffet only and we wanted al a carte. No signs saying that it was buffet only. There was available tables but that was for buffet customers only. Were told we could still eat al a carte in our room. Another night served undercooked chicken and the executive chef came out to tell us that the chicken is normally pink! Well it wasn't the night before. Tried to get lunch by the pool as it was advertised on their hotel menu. Was told...

"The room was nice, a little out dated but clean. We got a partial sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and had some cook to order food items. The bar had a happy hour. However there was only one beer included in the offer, which was more expensive beer, Carlsburg Elephant.
