Ho prenotato un mini appartamento per me ed il mio ragazzo. Appena arrivati notiamo due letti singoli, duri come pietre, i cuscini altrettanto. L’aria condizionata a pagamento (5€ al giorno per condizionatore). Non so come abbiamo vissuto per cinque giorni senza, il caldo era insopportabile. La cucina sporca con i piani di lavoro appiccicosi ed unti. I piatti avevano ancora del cibo incrostato. Chiamarla cucina in realtà è un complimento, c’è un fornetto elettrico con sopra due piastre che avranno si e no più di 20 anni. La piscina dell’albergo sporchissima, non solo con capelli e animali vari galleggianti, ma anche con le pareti nere di sudicio. Non ci tornerei neanche se mi pagassero.

We stayed in studio accommodation. The room was large with everything you would need. The rooms were cleaned everyday and were spotless. A small kitchenette with a small oven and two hot plates with enough crockery and cutlery for three people. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. All the staff were very warm and welcoming and could not be any more helpful. There are a couple of restaurants and bars at the top of the hill within a 5-10 minute walk from the property. All in all this was great value for money.

The location and ambience are great.. The beds are horrible . The place is very clean and the stuff is very frendly . If the place gets upgraded it could be wonderful.

Used as somewhere to wash and change before late flight home after stopping in villa which had to be vacated in the morning. When we told the manager we would only be staying until early evening she upgraded our room to a one that was more spacious.

For the price you can’t go wrong!

First time for us in Cyprus but certainly won’t be our last! The people,places and food were all incredible. The apartment was clean with all necessary basic facilities. It is up a short but steep hill though (hence the name) so be wary of that if walking is an issue. The WiFi did keep dropping out. The air conditioning wasn’t available although we were told this was due to it only being the start of the season so that was fair. The bar could be better stocked as it did run out of most things over the course of the week- only being replenished when bottles were fully empty with no replacement on site but rather a wait til the following night. The sunsets from our balcony were magnificent! The receptionist, Nana was more than welcoming and such a lovely host. The Barman Lakis was attentive and chatty each evening making us return to the bar despite the lack of our usual drinks. The main thing that would make us return is the bar next door - Thessaloniki. It’s run by a Greek family who welcomed us like we were apart of their family! Not to mention the food was beyond superb. All in all we had a great time, we’d go back again and have already recommended it to everyone we know!

If they remove the bedroom carpet that gives a bad smell and rennovate the toilet and kitchen it would improove highly because overall it was in good shape,spacious with nice sea view.

La struttura di per sè è bella. L'appartamento è grande con la piscina fuori. Però il condizionatore era vecchio e perdeva acqua ed il lavabo era otturato. Il Wi-Fi funzionava male in stanza, quasi nullo. Per il resto il giudizio è positivo. Come zona non è centralissima ma nemmeno lontanissima da Paphos. La stanza era abbastanza pulita. Alla fine giudizio leggermente superiore alla media.

Lovely family friendly hotel.

Good reception on our arrival. Room met with our expectations, very spacious, clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable and linin was freshly laundered. Pool was well maintained with an adequate number of brollies and sunbeds. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely use again.

Affordable and amazing views

I was pleasantly surprised by our room. We asked for a double bed and got two singles pushed together which for us was fine. The pool was nice and there's. Bar and pool table. Our room had air conditioning (we had to request a special key for it), a lovely balcony and decent kitchen and bathroom. This is one of the older paphos buildings so you're asked to put toilet paper in the bin instead of flushing but cleaner comes every day. If you want cheap accommodation I would recommend here as it really really really is value for money. Its close to the beach and bus routes into. Tourist areas. Very nice staff. Good experience. Try the angelica restaurant if you stay here.

This hotel has obviously just been taken over and so is experiencing teething problems but I suspect 6 months down the line I would improve my opinion. Everything was very clean and tidy but several bulbs didn't work, including the fridge, one of the hob plates (out of 2), didn't work and I would sooner have sat on packing crates than their settees. There were no instructions for anything - the guide referred you to reception for everything. Sounds like one big long gripe but it's not meant too, like I said, the main thing was I had somewhere clean an comfortable to sleep for a couple of nights.

Ambiente piacevole e comodo

L'hotel era dotato di tutti i principali servizi e agevolazioni (cucina interna, aria condizionata...). Il mare è piuttosto vicino, e inoltre è molto comodo per prendere il bus e accedere ad altre zone di Pafos. Bella la piscina, e anche la vista. Il personale è davvero squisito, e compensa ad altre piccole pecche (diciamo che forse la dotazione è un po' ...vintage!). Attenzione, non è dotata di phon in camera, quindi se come me soffrite di dolori cervicali, ricordate di portarne uno! nel complesso consiglierei un soggiorno qui.

Ottimo hotel, eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo

I mini appartamenti sono spaziosi, confortevoli, molto carini, con aria condizionata. Hanno una cucina attrezzata ed una graziosa veranda dotata di tavolino in cui consumare i pasti. La vista della nostra stanza era stupenda, sul mare. Il personale è gentilissimo e cerca di aiutarti in ogni modo. Il tutto corredato dalla possibilità di un bel tuffo in piscina, una partita a biliardo, un cocktail a bordo vasca. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente eccellente!

meravigliosa la location fuori dal rumore della città, sembra un piccolo borgo tutta sui toni del bianco e azzurro con una bella piscina condominiale al centro; il monolocale era ampio pulito e super accessoriato (aria condizionata, bollitore, piastre, forno, posate, piatti bicchieri pentole, e tutto quel che serve per cucinare). Frequente il cambio di biancheria Ampia e ventilata la terrazza

Modi un po' bruschi dello staff, ma disponibile a dare tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Se scegli la colazione continental allora avrai una colazione molto semplice, con nescafè al posto del caffè, oppure puoi optare per la colazione inglese che prevede tra l'altro fagioli, bacon, ecc,,; L'hotel è un po' distante da Pafos, ma c'è un ottimo servizio autobus che ti permette di raggiungere Pafos e le spiagge vicine. La spiaggia dista circa 15 minuti a piedi, non è molto grande ed è frequentata soprattutto dagli ospiti dell'imponente albergo che vi si affaccia. Camere spaziose, pulite, con vista mare.

Nana is the Queen of Paphos!

Wonderful stay at Sunny Hill! She upgraded us to one-bedroom from the reserved studio with no additional charge. Nana does everything, she is quick and caring and the hotel, albeit not on the seafront, it's very close to it. Go there, it's worth every penny and Chlorakas offers amazing dining and quiet, romantic evenings for anyone interested in it. Get away from the Kato Paphos madness!!!

there was no tv in the room, your not allowed to swim at night to cool off,the bed is as hard as rock, if you ring for room service their there is nobody at the switchboard to answer your call if an emergency arises like a fire you'll burn like a rat.for the money we paid i expected more thanks for nothing.
