"If using the indoor pool, bring a swim cap and flip flops so you don’t need to purchase them. Otherwise, great stay just outside of Porto. We used Bolt to get around during our stay."

"Este hotel que está cercano al aeropuerto y lo utilizo para salir temprano, y me alojo en una habitación cerca por donde pasa el tren y no deja dormir de noche. Por otro lado, cuando salimos a las 5de la mañana, por una puerta giratoria, me caí por unas escaleras que están inmediatas con las maletas y mantienen cerrada la otra puerta que es más segura para salir con las otras maletas. Lo bueno es que tiñen shuttle que te llevan al aeropuerto."

"Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Staff is helpful and friendly. Dining for anytime of the day is delicious with many options. Close to the airport and with just a call you can get picked up immediately. The best!"

"Las camas no son muy cómodas, las instalaciones no son las más bonitas, aunque la propiedad está en un área tranquila, sin ruidos. se puede descansar por lo menos con tranquilidad, la mejor ventaja es que tiene acceso a muchos estacionamientos, es una característica buena, ya que en Europa es difícil encontrar propiedades con estacionamientos propios, así que si rentas un auto es fabuloso y el centro de Porto queda a 20 minutos en carro."

"I am not sure how this hotel received its 5 star rating, I’ve stayed at 3 star hotels better than this. - Shower does not drain, it almost fills like 1/4 of the tub just by having the water running for 30 seconds. Complained twice to the front desk, they kept sending someone to “fix it” but was never fixed and we gave up after the second complaint. We had to just shower with the tub filled to our ankles with water. - The condition of the bathroom in general was so poor. Mould and cracks on...

"Hotel and room were very clean and well maintained. Gym was big and had all the equipment needed for a great workout. Pool was small but nice, it was on the rooftop with a nice lounging area. Staff was very pleasant."
