Communication with the host was seamless throughout our stay, and the suite was fully equipped with everything we needed. The highlight of our visit was the private swimming pool. This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This toilet requirement should be transparent and guests should be aware in advance at time of booking and not informed at check-in. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...

"Fantastic host, beautiful apartment. Located in a quiet part of Neos Marmaras surrounded by a gorgeous olive and grape farm. Host is incredibly helpful and very hospitable. View from the rooms are EXCELLENT and perfect for sunset views. Highly recommend this property if you're staying in the second leg of Chalkidiki."
