"A fantastic hotel from check in to check out. All the staff are wonderful & very helpful. The rooms are great, beautifully decorated, probably the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in at a hotel, and great air-con (definitely needed when the temp was 35-36 degrees during our stay). "The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."

"Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. "Das Hotel an sich wirklich schön, die Aussicht die wir hatten war wunderschön auf den See. Zimmer war recht klein aber absolut ausreichend, Zimmer haben Balkon oder Terasse mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Für einige wichtig, es gibt Verdunklungsgardienen! Damit man nicht direkt mit der Sonne aufstehen muss. Es gab eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, WLAN und deutsches TV. "The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces.
