"Clean and nice hotel. Staff are exceptional! I’m a mom here in Geneva attending a conference, the staff helped me upgraded to a room with the freezer when it’s pretty fully booked and I was able to freeze the breast milk to bring home to my baby. Other staff are always trying to be helpful. Be aware this hotel is in the French side if you are going to the Plexpo for conferences this needs a crossing of the boarder. "

"Je le recommande vivement pour les familles.. rien à dire sur les équipements kitchenette.. le bassin gagnerait à être davantage chauffé.. vraiment bien au dessous des 28c déclarés...des personnes chargés de la réception (surtout le jeune homme de nuit) gagnerait à être formé sur l'empathie puisqu'il m'a rigolé au nez carrément, chose inacceptable vous conviendrez et ce après que j'ai demandé conseil suite à situation délicate...bref, autrement, Les jeunes dames sont impeccables.. le manager...

I recomended this hotel to all of my friend and colleague. my advice to give more bathroom amenities like tooth brush and something that can bring home such room sandal, key room etc. but...

"Wonderful stay with outstanding concierge service I had a wonderful time at this property. The energy of the place is so welcoming, and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The view was nice, though the “lake view” is a bit too far away to really enjoy from the room. Aside from that, everything was perfect.
