Just what it said on the tin. There isn't a bar or restaurant as it says on the website but there are 2 restaurants in Marblemount, 2 miles away, if you're not into self catering. There are 2 petrol stations there too which have minimarts attached. The resort itself is also a campsite and many of the pitches are down by the Skagit river where there's a small beach where it was safe to swim off. Other than the inn at Marblemount, this is as close as you can get to the national park about 15 miles...

A good hotel and a nice stay. Only 4 stars for service as they took payment on the card that we had reserved with before we arrived. This didn't seem to be line with the Hotels.com booking policy and was a problem because we wanted to pay with another card so had to go through the process of refunding cards which was a hassle.

Hotel was everything you need: clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Staff were all lovely, welcoming and helpful. The bar/restaurant had a great outdoor seating area with open fires and comfy chairs to chill out in the evening. We didn't use the swimming pool but it looked good.

Nice place to be whether you want to go San Juan islands, North Cascades or Seattle. The Skagit area is also very beautiful. Motel with a large room, with all I needed: noise could have been an issue since close to the road but with air conditioning on, this random noise did not bother me
