"Even though the reservation was fully in my name with a second adult listed, they refused to let me check in for both rooms which was a little ridiculous. Had to wait for the other adult to get there two hours later. The payment was made by me as well as the booking through Expedia so not sure what the problem was. Coffee cups & lids in the room were covered in dust, dead flies and webs in the window sills. Hair in bathtub and on bathroom sink that was definitely not mine."

"The hotel is nothing like the pictures. One hallway is our has been slightly remodeled or updated. The other hallway that we were put on is very old, dingy, and dirty. Or from had vinyl flooring that was coming apart, sticky and dirty. The sink faucet continuously ran. Could not get it to turn off. The ceiling in the bathroom had stains on the tiles and the light was wide open into the ceiling with massive amounts of dust. It was missing a remote. "We have stayed at this hotel several times. The breakfast for this recent stay was absolutely disappointing. We arrived at 830am and they had run out of several things. Granted the hotel was sold out, but management should have planned for it. Running out of numerous items after only 1.5 hours is bad management. The buffet consisted of whole oranges and apples, blueberry yogurts, English muffins and sliced bread, cereal, gloppy oatmeal, scrambled eggs and sausage. No muffins, pastries, cut...
