"We had rented the cottage and loved it for privacy and convenient parking. It made handling the bags easy. There wasn’t a restaurant or any food included, but the recommended nearby restaurants turned out to be a delightful experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Just make sure to arrive before 5:30 PM as we were left with the understanding that staff were gone after that time. "

"Perfect for our 1 night stay. Bed was comfy. Hot tub was only anout 85 degrees F though. Room only had 2 towels for pool and bathing. Appears they are fixing up place though."

"Very clean , nice apartment, feels like you stay in a small home, so homey. Apartment does not have laundry however you there is common laundry area available to use. Short walk to town. View of lovely garden. "

"Very clean and basic. It's an easy 2km walk into town along the beach. Good kitchen and shower was great. Cons : Unfortunately there's no air conditioning in the bedrooms (small portable fan though). Even with the windows open and it only being 24C it was stuffy and we didn't have a great sleep. If it was hot weather, it would be unbearable. Towels were really thin Toilet seat kept falling down A coffee machine would be a nice addition. It really wasn't value for money. Wouldn't stay...

"Space was clean, close to the town and restaurants. Best check in and check out I ever had. It was so easy. I couldn't recommend this place enough. If we visit the area again we'll go back for sure. "

"No view of the beach from the rooms. Staff were friendly enough, though they had scaffolding in place that required driving around the block from reception to the rooms and vice versa; being disabled they made me drive back around to the reception for check in, rather than being helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though the shower leaked. The town is very walkable from this motel."

"Pros: good location to centre of town and the beach, large carpark (although it doesn’t seem to be just for the motel like advertised), room appears to have been refurbed recently Cons: overpriced for what else is available nearby. staff are nowhere to be found during the whole stay, during check in i was able to see the full names of the other guests of the hotel where the key collection was & the main door was never locked. "The room was clean and tidy. Everything was to our satisfaction."

"Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience. "
