"We checked in and were told the pool and hot tub were not working. No apologizes, just were not able to use them. It appeared they had been broke for quite some time. There wasn't any information about that on their website nor were we notified ahead of time. The first room my son went into smelled of smoke. The room we had had a smoke detector hanging from the wires in the ceiling. The doors to the bathroom and closet would not even close properly. The breakfast was good. The room had laminate...

"We enjoyed this resort overall. A little disappointed in the shape of some of the amenities. Very old volleyballs, basketballs on the court were nearly flat. The restaurant/bar on site was not always open at the times listed it was supposed to be. Rooms are pretty outdated. Food and drinks were good. We enjoyed the pools and the water activities available!"

"I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm. I have been very happy...
