"The Garden District Hotel delivered an outstanding stay from start to finish, defined by exceptional service and thoughtful hospitality. Arriving early, we were delighted when the staff granted us an early check-in at no additional charge. Later on, accommodating a late check-out was equally effortless. The entire team was warm, accessible, and incredibly supportive, constantly offering great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our trip.
Our Deluxe Room was squeaky clean, modern, and accessed seamlessly with a convenient key fob. Instead of a traditional in-room phone, the room relies on a streamlined setup that keeps the space feeling uncluttered and quiet. The highlight of the room was its two-level layout, connected by a stylish spiral staircase leading up to a loft space equipped with a pullout sofa bed and its own TV. While the loft shares climate control with the lower floor rather than having a separate A/C unit, keeping the air circulating makes the upper level completely comfortable.
Every aspect of the hotel's amenities matched the high quality of the staff.
Housekeeping did a flawless job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay, and the hotel bar was fantastic for evening drinks and relaxed downtime. While an automatic resort fee is charged per night to cover pool access, the quality of the property and the genuine care from the team made it well worth it.
We would happily stay at the Garden District Hotel again in a heartbeat."
