Beautiful little hotel right by the water in a very quiet location, just two minutes from the center of Nassau. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Small shower and bathroom. The ac unit was hit or miss with working. Nice location close to shopping, restaurants and a nice beach.

Lovely little place with view of the ocean and a small walk into Naoussa. Was greeted by Anna who had wonderful restaurant tips for around Paros. Nice outdoor seating for morning coffee or evening wine. Will definitely come back again. Very good cleaning staff as well. Cannot forget her.

We loved our stay at Ariti Seaside Residence! Our suite had a gorgeous view (both pictures attached) and had everything we could need! Maria was so incredibly helpful, she helped us plan our three days in Paros with fantastic recommendations! It was quite walkable and had parking, so it was a perfect location altogether!

I had an exceptional stay that exceeded nearly every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—warm, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a stress-free visit. The room itself was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like it had been engineered for perfect sleep, and I appreciated the small details—plush towels, quality toiletries, and a quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Housekeeping maintained everything to a high standard throughout my stay. The amenities were equally impressive. Whether it was the well-equipped fitness center, the relaxing common areas, or the on-site dining options, everything felt polished and well cared for. Speaking of dining, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served with care. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. Amazing stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Beautiful room. Very clean and cozy. Not much of a sea view bc of how small the window was. The staff was Absolutely lovely expecially Maria. She was there to meet all of our needs and answer anyway questions that we had about the town.

A cute and well contained boutique hotel in the heart of Naousa. Walking distance (roughly 5 mins) from the Port and all the nice bars and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly - a special shout out to Persi! We really enjoyed our stay at Ariti.

Perfect little place

The Ariti is a wonderful place to stay out of the way of the main town, but within walking distance. Great view and the room was very nice. The team at Ariti is very good with communication and always responsive. They helped us with transport and there was even a bottle of local wine for us to celebrate our anniversary. We would definitely come and stay again!!

christo and his father werr amazing hosts and the property is incredibly well maintained. no need to worry about beautiful pictures and lack luster realities. everything is nicer than in the photos. And the daily cleaning of each room is immaculate. its walking distance from the main streets of town but just far enough to not be swarming with the party goers or drowning in club music.

We loved our stay at Ariti! The location is perfect for walking to the main square to many restaurants, bars, grocery, shops and the bus stop. Sea view from the front of the hotel and beautiful gardens surrounding all rooms. Plenty of parking out the front of the hotel if you rent a car or quad. Hotel is only 2 months old - very nice and clean. Chris (the manager) was very helpful upon check in, giving us a local map with many beach and restaurant recommendations. Chris and Anna (an employee) were both available on WhatsApp to help us with anything we needed! They made our stay perfect! Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Ariti was simply fantastic! From the warm welcome at the reception to the clean rooms, every moment was a delight. The hotel's location near by Naoussa city was simply unbeatable – we could easily walk to the major attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room amenities left nothing to be desired. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, always free water, fresh fruits and wine. Last but not least, we would like to highlight the excellent service orientation of the entire team. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, tour bookings, or just a friendly chat, the staff were always helpful and professional. Overall, our stay at Ariti was simply perfect. We can't wait to return and repeat this great experience. Highly recommended!
