"The worst experience and I had no support from hotels.com… VERY DISAPPOINTED. I arrived at the Pousada Vista Grega and the room i booked was with a horrible smell. No supervisor or manager at the facility. The front desk person told me they didn't had any other room available and the only was a suit with a pool. Then they overcharged me and didnt gave me another option. Then i contacted Hotels.com and they didn't help at all. I was very disappointed and since i was on vacation decided to pay...

"It’s ok just a little run down,need some maintenance especially about the smell of humidity in the room and very noisy AC. Location is the best part, breakfast is standard but enough. The beach and the view is very nice here, definitely will stay in this area again next time but not sure if we will choose this hotel again as there are plenty of options with the same price range better and newer. The management need to improve their game. "

"Absolutely incredible stay at Casas Brancas Hotel in Buzios. We stayed two nights in the summer and cannot speak highly enough of this place—we just wish we could have stayed longer.
