Only had one rude experience with Eloise at the front desk 😒 Anabel was extremely helpful and polite so was Andre thanks to them,,I would look for them for questions during my stay, Eloise could use some customer service!!!! "We have been going to Vilamoura for years & stayed in some lovely hotels but since staying at the Domes Lakes we look no further.Its a great location near to the marina.The staff are wonderful & always on hand to make sure eveything is perfect.The rooms & the food is of a high standard with so much variety.The outside area is beautiful so many different areas to relax in or have a nice walk round the lake.Thank you once again for our wonderful stay & cant wait to return next year."

"This is a great hotel right in the centre but very quiet . Staff are very good , helpful , friendly and had quite a few conversations with them , whoever is managing this hotel knows how to pick the right staff. Room was really good with balcony , air con etc.There is an amazing roof top area with plenty of sunbeds , an infinity pool and Resturant bringing your food and drinks out to you all with a great view facing the sea. There is also an indoor pool. Walk to harbour is about 5 to 10 minutes. "

"I felt I should write a review after reading lots of bad reviews about this hotel, as I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very basic and doesn't have air conditioning but I knew this before booking. My room didn't get a lot of sun and the temperature was fine. It is clean and there were cleaners working all the time. There are a lot of steps in it but I didn't have a problem with that, there is an elevator. All the photos the hotel provides are exactly how it is. There is a lovely view from the pool and breakfast area. Breakfast was basic, as expected but enjoyable due to the lovely views. It is in an elevated position above the old town, so I would usually walk to the town, which isn't far and get an uber back, which was €4. The lady at reception was very pleasant. Overall, I knew what I had booked before I arrived and I didn't expect five star facilities at a two star hotel. Also I was travelling on my own and felt safe. "
