Great location, good size room with nice breakfast options

Madero is a great location that is clean and safe. Large bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of flat space for putting things down- very important- and balcony. Breakfast was good, if a little hectic at. peak times. Decent pool area, lifts/elevators were very hot,. Overall a very good experience in a tremendous city.

We don't usually write reviews but felt we had to after spending two great weeks at Casa Sur Bellini. The hotel exceeded all our expectations in terms of location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. Overall though, what made this hotel special was the helpfulness and cheerfulness of the staff. I only stayed one night but it was a perfect location for taking a stroll around the lovely Recoleta area. Plenty of historic buildings, its also close to the river front with great restaurants.

Stayed several nights either end of a fishing holiday. Staff always really helpful and nothing a problem. Certainly be back.

Really nice hotel. Rooms spacious and very clean. Beds ok. Singles only. Area around is ok. Lots of homeless at night but didn’t feel unsafe. We wanted to do laundry which website said they did but they don’t. Laundrette is only 200m down the road.

Safe clean hotel in a great area to stay as a tourist . Staff were exceptional, the manager even made our daughter a colouring book to accompany a long journey. All staff spoke good English and were helpful with local area information and arranged currency exchange at good rates. The hotel was very child friendly. Very helpful staff and clean property in a great part of town. Breakfast was also very good. The only minor downside was the gym equipment was quite tired and due for replacement.

Often boutique hotels have more style than substance, but this does not apply to the Ilum Experience. The helpfulness of the staff, the excellent breakfast, the comfort of the rooms all made this a very good (Ilum) experience
