"We stayed here before a flight. It was in a convenient, safe location and was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable and the rooms are clean. We ordered a delivery pizza and sat in the snack area as a family. I asked the front desk staff a couple of questions and they were helpful and kind. The Happy Hour is very minimal. "No ice bucket. Only 2 paper cups in the room, and no working phone. When I needed ice and cups, I had to walk to the front desk, because I could not call. When I was checking out, all I got was “I’m sorry.”"

"Very clean and pleasant; close to the Cahokia Mounds Historic Site and St. Louis isn't too far, either... and get this: at 5:30 in the evening they have a Happy Hour, which they call Kickback, with free food and drinks. Read that sentence again! After a long drive (over 400 miles for us), it was nice to relax and not even have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was also gratis, and very good, as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Drury Inn and Suites!"

"Bathtub falling apart, stains and calcium deposits all over shower head, stains on curtains, no ice bucket, Ice machines didn't have ice, TV didn't work. Person working front desk was super slow, could not recommend any restaurants , claims she lived 2 hours away and wasn't local. Hotel claimed there was a bar, apparently it was shut down a while ago, pool was filthy. Noticed a woman with 2 young children trying to check in 3 days into our stay at 6pm. Check in was at 3 and she was told no...
