Hotel murah di Patagonia Argentina

"Suite à un incident le premier soir où ils n’ont pas pu me remplacer une chambre bruyante malgré qu’ils me l’avaient confirmé et suite à une attente d’une heure et demi j’ai fait part de mon grand mécontentement et j’ai demandé à quitter l’hôtel et à être remboursé mais ils ont réagi le lendemain avec beaucoup de classe et de professionnalisme ils m’ont upgrade et mon offert la deuxième nuit j’ai beaucoup apprécié ce geste qui démontre le sérieux de l’hôtel et sans professionalisme "

"The hotel is in an incredible location overlooking the lake, great pool and wet/ dry sauna. The breakfast was exceptional and tye staff were lovely - in particular, Megan (reception) and Tomas (restaurant) - they are great ambassadors for your hotel, friendly/ dedicated and professional. For the price I think it’s overvalued, I liked the view but this was too high for the quality. Service was also slow."

"I stayed in the hotel for 1 night . Everything was great except for 1 thing: the check out time was 10am. Most of the hotels I stay at have an 11am or noon check-out time. We advised the staff that they should consider changing it to 11am at least."

"We had no electricity from 9pm to 7am. The keys are old metal keys that you need to enter blindly into a whole, we kept earing people swearing while turning their keys 17time before their doors open. Its so incredibly noisy. The bed was comfy and the shower hot, theres easy parking too. But for the noise id recommend something else if you need to sleep early/well pre-hiking."
