"Broken elevators, check in took more than 20 mins, key cards didn’t work. "

"Room was in bad shape. Room needs a remodel. Sink had been leaking so water damage under sink. Shower was also looking weathered. Always had to wait for an elevator to go up or down. Pro is the hotel is in a great location. "

"All and all... good. Room is a little worn but not too bad. Elevator situation NOT Good. 3 Elevators but usually only two of three were running. Generally packed.. borderline insufficient number"

"The location was great If you are going to an event at madison square garden. It's a short walk ,or one stop on the subway to times square. When I arrived , there was a strong odor of marijuana in the lobby. I paid for an upgraded room and got a spacious renovated room with a view of MSG. Parking was around the block. I was allowed to unload and load the car in front of the hotel. It was very convenient that the hotel had 2 restaurants and a 24 hour diner in the building. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Only 4 floors had an ice machine in this hotel with 45 floors. My floors did not have an ice machine. I liked this hotel. Book an upgraded room."
