"What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service.
What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing."

"Had a great stay at Pension Ballwein. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Bus stop right in front which is convenient. "
