"Only good thing about this place was the location. You would never see the staff. Its like you communicating with AI. Long long emails and replies. There is no on site office to go to for check in, check out or for quick info/help. No room service at all unless paid (a lot) extra. 100% not recommended for family or couple. Staff only work with good long long texts and emails. Absolute horrible way of correspondence for such vacation place. Location is good. It has only bunk beds. Worst part is AC is inside the washroom, so all the stale smell would be inside your tiny living area. Very old ameneties. Weirdly oriented washroom mirror which makes no sense at all. Unfortunately we did not had good time at this place."

"Our room airconditioner stopped wroking two times- one late in the day and the other at 3 am in the morning!. It's good my husband is an engineer and was able to fix it!"

"I have mixed feelings about my recent stay. On one hand, the resort’s grounds and service are world-class. The beach access and views are truly incredible—waking up to such a stunning coastline was the highlight of the trip. The outdoor pool is exceptionally well-maintained, and the amenities provided are excellent. I also want to give a special shout-out to the staff; everyone we encountered was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. The on-site restaurant exceeded my expectations with great food, and the parking was convenient and stress-free. However, the experience changed the moment I walked into the room. It was immediately clear that the room did not match the polished photos shown online. More concerning was the lack of hygiene; the room was not completely clean, and I unfortunately encountered small cockroaches and various insects throughout the space. Having to personally deal with pests during a vacation is unacceptable. It’s a shame because, given the price point and the quality of the rest of the resort, this should have been a perfect 5-star stay. If management can resolve these deep-cleaning and pest control issues, this would be a top-tier destination. Until then, I find it hard to give a full recommendation despite the wonderful staff and location."

"The staff were very kind and respectful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a steamer, hair dryer, and coffee machine which are a plus. The beach is so close, right across the street. ABC store is close as well. A 15 min walk to delicious food trucks. A wonderful location."

"Young man who checked us in was unbelievable, great at his job. Food trucks availability was unique and smart. Shuttle and knowledge of airport workings the best. Only downfall was the fire alarm went off for a small fire which was put out. The man at counter checked rooms and on us. He remembered I build, I told him the fire alarm panel was in silence and arrest mode. It will go off again it did. As we checked out the person who was trying to fix and reset panel showed-up 7 hours later and no one knew where the FCAP was. Its ironic how the man who checked us in at the front counter who I would pick as the manager over all, knew where it was but was already off shift change and the new person knew nothing and said that person was on lunch. The recap is the man who checked us in, knew the property, took control of the situation, guided hotel workers and firemen to solve a situation that could have emptied the property. It was a life safety event that could have cost Marriott a good amount of money. The property was great, the man who checked us in went above and beyond his title and made me think Marriott is a great place to stay."
