"This is a good family hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good coffee machine. Eggs are prepared by request. The hotel is on the beach great for walks. The pool is very nice. The rooms are a bit worn. Carpet and chair reflects this condition. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk to the mall which seems fairly new with restaurants. The hotel also offers major currency exchanges. Overall, it’s a nice hotel and experience. "

"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."

"Basic hotel fine for a stop over. Location is very convenient to nearby Chinatown. Room on the 1st floor was very noisy. Housekeeping is so-so ( dust and fine cobwebs at corners etc). "

"Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. Initially during booking it says breakfast included however when asked it wasn’t included so we didn’t get breakfast with our room despite the booking said so.. this should really be rectified .. anyway we would stay again here love the chalet and convenience,...
