"Fourth stay there. Room was great as was breakfast, which cater for me being gluten free. This is the first time that there has been a large number of kids. Staff need to approach children and tell them when to stop jumping on furniture in the foyer or playing soccer at 10.30pm. Pool chairs were also been held with no one on them for 3 hours. The place was packed and unless you had a chair by 7.30am, you weren’t getting one,"
