"What a delightful hotel right in the heart of downtown Boise. The staff and service was first rate — friendly, professional, informed people. Had a delicious dinner at their restaurant (yum!) and the complimentary breakfast was terrific. Everything worked like a charm — good air conditioning, pristine room, etc. If I get back to Boise, I will stay at the Modern again. terrific!! "

"Everything was great. The room was large and comfortable, and very clean. The front desk was so kind and welcoming at check in and check out. The pool was amazing, and the breakfast was plentiful and yummy. Also the breakfast attendant was such a hard working woman and smiled all of the time. We will be back!"

"Really pleased with the location - across the street from BSU and 10 minutes from Ann Morrison Park and the Boise Green Belt - also with the size of the rooms, and most of all with the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and truly seem to enjoy working here and with each other which says a lot about the management! "
"We always stay there for our travels to Boise. It is conveniently located and has served us well. I did not like the lack of cleaning of the flooring underneath the bed. We dropped an item and saw a left-over baby bottle and years of untouched dust, etc. We left a note for the cleaning crew. I hope this will result in a change of policy. Having said all of this, we will remain loyal customers. 👍"
"There was strange men in the parking lot asking our names when we came back from main St. The overall stay was excellent and very well priced. Rooms were clean and smelled good. The shampoo they leave for you is actually really nice too. The property manager was super sweet and smelled like she was cooking some good food. Would absolutely stay again. "
