"I stayed at the Red Lion Inn Sonesta Portland Airport on 9/4/26. The front desk clerk was dressed in a dirty sweatshirt, didn't look clean, was eating Chinese food, and knew nothing about providing good customer service. The hotel smelled like cleaning solvent and the hallways need paint. The room door was loose and rattled, there is no carpeting, there are large chips of missing drywall and paint on the walls and the bathroom door, and three times the room key didn't work, and I had to go to...

"After checking in and getting into the room, the smell was awful. We looked around to find the source and just found the room to be very unclean. There was a piece of cheese behind the headboard, ketchup stains (I hope it's ketchup) on the floors by the bed and dresser, dust everywhere, spiders and webs on the ceiling, antibiotic ointment and gauze left from a previous guest and just a general stickiness everywhere.
