"Staff were so friendly and helpful. Any questions u had were answered promptly. Very welcoming and the night shows with bbq dinners are great. The location is quiet and a little out of the way, however there is quick beach access to Dreamland beach and taxis/scooters available for transport."

"Very large hotel. Restaurant had very good food. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Good size room. Dated but clean. Not within walking distance to shops etc but grab bikes arrive quickly to entry gate"

"We were on our honeymoon (at a different hotel) and decided to extend our stay a ONE more day. We wanted a different experience, on a different part of the island, and boy did we get it! The staff was so kind and welcoming, the property was stunning, and the food was fantastic! We loved it soooo much that we extended our trip again, ONE more day after that. I can’t say enough wonderful things, and we are already planning our anniversary trip back next year."

"This is a great hotel and the villa is exquisite, lots of great potential and the staff is the best I have encountered. Unfortunately we had too many ants coming to see us and while they were not in the living spaces, it was still unpleasant to see so many but fast reaction from the hotel."

"This was a great place but with relatively disappointing service. Pros: Great location Excellent pool area Good quality food and choices Excellent room set up Tappanyaki restaurant was great Cons: Service at the restaurant (Grill) was terrible - we waited 45 minutes, just to get our drinks. We had to constantly chase to get them to bring food - similar story was happening at breakfast, even though the place did not look very busy. Staff at the reception was also disorganised - we had booked our air transfers in advance and had everything agreed - but the night before we had different people contacting us with completely different information WhatsApp communications were also generally useless if you wanted a response within the hour"

"Our stay at Jumeirah Bali was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was warm, professional, and always delivered with a smile. We were traveling as a family with two young children, and the staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate our requests. They helped arrange our airport transportation, assisted with our late departure plans, and made the check-out process smooth and convenient so we could enjoy our final evening without any stress. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally well maintained. The views, the peaceful atmosphere, and the attention to detail made it the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed dining at Segaran and Akasa Restaurant. The food, service, and ambiance were all outstanding and made our stay even more memorable. This trip was especially meaningful because we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here, and Jumeirah Bali helped make it an experience that our family will always remember. Thank you to everyone at Jumeirah Bali for your kindness and hospitality. We look forward to returning again in the future."
