10/10 Excellent

"I booked the New Yorker hotel last minute versus staying in Long Island City and traveling into Manhattan each day for the attractions that we had planned. The location was great, easy access to Penn Station, the metro, UBER drivers and taxis. Coffee, bagels, pizza and so much more was located right there. The location was also in perfect proximity to many of the most popular and top rated attractions, we were in walking distance to the Edge and tons of shopping. I booked a 2 double bed room with the city view and we were on the 37th floor with a perfect view of the city. This was affordable, convenient, clean, the staff was great, security was also awesome! My only complaint would be that there is no store or any vending really if you need something in the hotel. For Example, toothpaste was not provided and we had to leave and go to a CVS to get some. Also had to leave every time we needed to buy bottled water and there was no mini fridge in the room."

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

"The hotel is very conveniently located very close to the theatre district and Times Square. Rooms are compact but had everything we needed. We were impressed that the room had a clothing steamer instead of an iron and ironing board. The steamer came in handy. Staff were very friendly and accomodating when we got there despite us having difficulty getting through by phone beforehand. Great value all round in comparison to other Times Square hotels."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This was our second stay at this hotel in a year, I my opinion this is the best location to stay in NYC! The hotel is close enough to Times Square yet far enough away that you don’t get the crowds and noise. There are amazing restaurants a stone’s throw away, Central Park is just a few blocks away, Broadway is just a block away and the subway station is right outside the hotel. We would definitely stay again!"

"All good but I never got the record player although they claim you can borrow the it for Music, signed a borrowing waiver and it was never delivered. It’s supposed to be a music themed hotel, I will choose elsewhere next time, that was the reason why I chose it and it was disappointing I didn’t get it. Anthony was the most helpful there when I had questions."

"The rooms were rather dark, though they had lamps. It was really hard to get ready in the mornings because there was no natural light coming into the room so we had to sit under the lamps in order to do our make up or stand right in front of the window in order to see ourselves. No way to ventilate the room, so the room stayed pretty musty because the shower is not far away. It just felt like we couldn't breathe in there even though the AC was running nonstop. But beautiful hotel great staff. Clean and safe area."
