"Awful. Mold on the bathroom ceilings, bugs crawling up the walls. Place was in horrible condition. Stayed one night and checked out. Was supposed to stay two, but was told that it would be no issue to get a refund on the second night, but that didn’t happen either. However, I will say the ladies that were working and checked us in were wonderful!! Very pleasant and great attitudes!!"

"The room had a terrible smell, as soon as you opened the door it hit your nose. And made it very hard to breathe. Because of that it was not possible to be comfortable at all. The refrigerator in our room was leaking and not staying cool, and also had a funny smell coming from it as well. There were also no vending machines on our floor as the signage showed there to be. Also, there was just something about the hotel that made it seem uninviting. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here and will not be coming back myself."

"Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. "

"The propert was clean but they advertised breakfast and they no longer serve breakfast. I would have chosen a different location if this had been honestly disclosed. We have three littles very young and we wanted a place we could just go down and get a simple breakfast versus loading up going somewhere and coming back. They didn’t even have coffee."

"First room i had there was five separate leaks coming from the ceiling so moved rooms. The second room i moved into was filled with bugs crawling all over the place, mainly the bathtub"

"Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!"

"Hotel was clean and in a perfect location for what we needed. The front-desk lady was so nice and helpful. I coco her name but wish I remembered it, she was amazing. Excellent price for what we needed."

"Super clean! Great breakfast! Great location to NSU (where we were visiting our daughter). Had Dove brand soaps/shower amenities which were nice. Everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful! Will absolutely return when we visit our daughter next!"
