"Very nice place, recently renovated, all the materials were crisp and clean, warm and inviting. Plenty of space to sit (2 bar top areas with bar stools), comfy couch, very comfy king size bed… Property was very quiet. There was a hot tub but it was not maintained well (water was mirky) but nice to have. Be careful if booking on Expedia- it may not send you check-in info."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. I don’t appreciate being told that there’s a continental breakfast and there’s nothing not even coffee and you have to go across the street to a place to get something to drink and eat. It’s slightly false advertising other than that for the price. It was OK I would go back but would not expect to have the continental breakfast. They should remove that from their site."

"The Poland Spring Resort is not your typical golfing resort. It feels more like an old fashioned resort with a camp kind of experience. It would be a good place for family and group gatherings providing golf for the adults while providing games and outdoor activities for the kids. The rooms are scattered among various historical buildings throughout the property with the Maine Inn being the main location.
