"It is great to be able to stay really close to Revelstoke while not actually being right on Revelstoke or right on the HW1. For this reason, if we're ever needing to stay in this vicinity again, we will certainly stay here again. The only critique I can come up with is that if you are tall like me, I'd recommend asking for a room on the first or second floor; I managed to ding my head on the interior to their angled roof more than once!"

"I booked a pool view room based on photos showing direct access to the pool through the balcony. However, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the second floor with no direct access at all. Despite checking in very early, the front desk refused to change my room, claiming the hotel was fully booked. To make matters worse, the room itself was very dirty and covered in dust. The facilities are severely outdated, and the air conditioner was so loud it made it hard to sleep. The only positive...

"The hotel is a wonderful bit of history. It's unfortunate the BC forest fires took away the view. The staff are just wonderful. The unfortunate things were no air conditioning in the room but there was a fan which was helpful and no wifi in the rooms. But overall a good place to stay."
