"The room was clean and quite big for our needs but it was overlooking a very busy and extremely noisy highway so it was very difficult to have a good night’s rest. In addition, there were many small children staying in the hotel and making lots of noise running and jumping without parental supervision. The hotel staff did not seem to care about the turmoil. There were a few fast food places very close to the hotel and one Mexican restaurant which actually served us delicious food after hours....

"I was charged an extra 300 dollars for my stay. I was told it is a incidental security deposit for each day I was there. I had the supervisor waive the parking fee of 75 dollars plus tax because I was not paying parking for three days. That was the only thing she did good besides the 5 arcade cards with a 40 dollar credit on it as a curtsey. I explained that I booked through a third party and the room are all paid for I just had to pay the resort fees. That bill was 163.47. I was charged 463.47....

"We loved the property. The rooms were nice and they were clean. It was wonderful to be centrally located, we walked everywhere, the town is so charming. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening after dining at the Broadway Grille at the Inn at Jim Thorpe. Good food and good service."
