"The hotel overall was clean however it’s in desperate need of an upgrade. I booked a loft suite and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the jetted tub looked gross and the room was hot even with no heat and both windows upstairs and downstairs open - it was snowing outside and cold. Staff was lovely"

"VERY clean. Convenient location. Big breakfast included (biscuits gravy fruit cereal breads potatoes sautéed veggies…(unsure if vegan friendly)…quiet (we were there in the off season)…the only meh: pool ph balance was off…there was a strong chlorine smell"

"We had another incredible stay at Fairmont Lake Louise. My family has been coming here for over 30 years, and it continues to exceed expectations every time. The views are absolutely unreal, the rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the entire property is just stunning. What really stands out is the service — every team member goes above and beyond. We were also celebrating our daughter Mia’s birthday, and the staff made it feel extra special, which meant a lot to us. Truly one of the most beautiful and well-run hotels in the world. Already looking forward to coming back."
