"Spacious apartment room with kitchen, clean, helpful staff, tea and coffee available 24 hours in reception, charcuterie board was on offer in reception each night we were there, good laundry available, close enough to town centre although not walkable, really enjoyed our stay"

"It’s a beautiful old hotel kept in good shape. The only thing I would say that was not good was the maid service. We were there 3 nights and had to ask for someone to clean the room and give us fresh supplies each day. For a relatively expensive hotel, that shouldn’t have been necessary"

"The hotel, campus really, it's too large to be a hotel, is amazing. There are so many amenities and activities to do! This is a perfect location for hikers or families. The rooms are large and clean. The common area is large and comfortable with couches, a microwave and a fireplace. You can hike directly into Rocky Mountain National Park without a reservation, and there's tons of wildlife all around."
